This site's customer service is great and fast although everything comes with a price you get what you pay for and they did a lot of things for me very fast. Not to mention you get to talk to a live person when your tech is working on your stuff and needs more information.

Unfortunately, I've had the absolute worst experience with this company. My website was hacked. This caused my Google Adwords program to be flagged and shut down for 8 weeks. I lost a lot of business. Their solution was to switch servers without letting me know. This in turn resulted in all of the contact forms on my website to stop working. I spoke with Tech after Tech after Tech for another 6 weeks to finally get someone who admitted to switching servers. After 3 months and many hours online , being lied to by multiple reps, one honest person finally owned up to what happened. Unfortunately their inability to be honest cost me 3 months of headaches and lost business. Not an ethical company. I would avoid them at all costs.
