We apologize for this inconvenience. Tuf-Tite only includes screws with the lids, and we sent you those screws. We are sorry for the hassle this has caused you.

Packing the product to ship was quick. But, as for the amount of time to receive the package really bad.

FedEx records show that the item was delivered on Oct. 6. That is two days longer than what was shown to you at checkout. We apologize and are working with FedEx this should't happen again. We also offered you a refund on the shipping.

I was very satisfied to find that 24HR Supply had the Proper a elbows in stock and they were shipped out and arrived in 5 days to Atlanta. I could not find the fittings here in the city and other sites were sold out. I will always check their company before I order more fittings. Thank you.

My order with 24HR Supply was easy to complete and the product arrived as advertised. A phone call to them about some product particulars was handled competently and respectfully. I will use them again as needed.
