Fast and efficient service from start to finish.

I have been waiting multiple days to hear back on my return request. Additionally it seems there is not an option for a refund and I will be forced to accept store credit. The product I ordered was supposed to be new but looks to be a remanufactured item. The outside is very banged up and the pump squeals terrible when I bench tested it.

They were quick to package and send my pump. It arrived on time and in excellent condition. Will buy from them again.

This Speakman shower head S-2252 is definitely an upgrade. Solid metal construction and delivered within the specified time frame. I already recommended this item to a coworker and is considering purchasing the same item. Buy it! Some individuals compared it to powerful hotel showerheads and they are in fact correct. It provides a luxury hotel shower at home.

I notified 24hr supply that the boiler was cosmetically damaged and the aqua stat differed from what was ordered. I never received a reply from them. Very poor communication.
