The boiler I purchased was immediately available and very fairly priced. The only issue I had with the process was determining the shipping cost. Initially, it was listed as “FREE”. Then I had to call in to separately arrange and purchase shipping after my order status failed to change and shipping was altered to list as “CALL FOR DETAILS”. I lost a day or two dealing with that. After sorting out the confusion, 24HrSupply handled things beautifully. I suppose the issue is a software problem that misleads the buyer of certain items into thinking shipping is included when it is (understandably in the case of a heavy item like a boiler) not included. If wanting a boiler, I’d suggest calling once to purchase and arrange shipping all at once. Using the website caused me a bit of inconvenience.

The product was well priced and shipped quickly. Would order again.

Still haven't received my refund for 3 Grundfos UP15-29SU charged to my bank account for $654. I did not order 3 units. I only ordered ordered 1. I had to order another unit and expedite the delivery that still took 3 days and was left by my driveway by FedEx. This is a poor method of delivering expensive items without a signature for receipt. I have no idea where my previous order was delivered to and/or if it was actually shipped for a single item and not 3! I did install the latest item ordered out of desperation to keep my tenancy. I need to know where my $654 went, what company delivered them, and an address they were delivered to so maybe I can retrieve them and send them back for a refund! I NEVER received them!!!
