Decent price and plenty of in stock quantities of the parts in needed, and super fast shipping!!

Their prices are lower than most competitors and their shipping was very fast. Excellent company.

For suppliers with the part in stock, this was the best price and shipment was immediate. It is a wonderful pump. Installation was easy. In addition to written instructions there is a pictorial how to guide. As noted from the manufacturer, the pump is quiet.

Good value and fast shipping.

Dishonest seller. A 50 gallon hot water heater which still have 5 in stock after I placed my order suddenly was "damaged" upon inspection and was the only one available in their warehouse. Ok I would wait for a new stock as initially offered... oh that wouldn't be possible because the manufacturer won't ship them any. How convenient! I had a hunch that they wanted to cancel because the price they offered was below avg market price and figure they could make more $$$ a bit later. So lies lies and lies. AVOID.

I called to ask some questions and the person I talked with was extremely helpful.

Nome seems like an outpost, same day and overnight delivery are pretty much non-existent, We expect days of delays. You had actually expedited your delivery and so our materials were here for timely repairs to be made. Thank you

Good need to return pump
