They sent me 2 sprinkler heads, one of them without security guard. When I called notify them about it, guy asked me hundreds of senseless questions and pictures 👎🏿

Getting an item with a missing piece is the last thing anyone needs. When processing a such a claim, we request a picture of the items and a description of the issue. As soon as we have those, we do our best to make it right. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we will make this right by you. All the best, 24hr Supply

The item was delivered and I was told by you that I have to inspect it before I sign for it. The delivery came (it was raining) and I asked to remove the box so I can inspect it, he told me NO, and that I can inspect it from looking into the box. He was nasty. As it turns out, the tank is dented in the middle and I was unable to see that just by peering into the box from the top.

We know getting a dented item is the last thing you want. Therefore, we package our shipments well and use insured carriers. We are truly sorry that you received pressure from the driver. We will reach out to the carrier and have them ensure it doesn't happen again. All the best, 24hr Supply
