Awesome finally a dental institution that is caught up with the times and not still in the cave man years like so many up north where I am from.

I was happy with the first removal but the second was a complete nightmare. I went to greenwood after I was told I could get it removed due to the xrays from the previous tooth. I got there and the dentist on shift stated it was due to me needing a cleaning. After I raised hell my records where sent to Avon and the tooth did need to be removed and I drove to avon. Removal was fine except I got told I was getting scripts -no pain meds by my request. I get to pharmacy CVS where I stated I wanted to go and I called when they said nothing was there and the person who answered the phone said I did not get anything. After taking a bottle of ibuprofen and Tylenol I called and asked if I could get an antibiotic and ibuprofen 800 was told to come in. I did. The lady who took me back was rude as £\€|€\*\¥\. And dentist said he would send over rx. Stated again CVS. Went there and nothing was there. Got text that stated rx was sent. CVS called the office and the lady said they weren’t signed and then I called after another ten minutes and was told they were at my pharmacy and I’m like no cause I’m here and then I was told Walgreens. Adding more bs to the situation when I got to walgreens I was asked why I had an rx for ibuprofen 600 plus antibiotic from the 15th and ibuprofen 800 and antibiotic for today. Which one I wanted. Needless to say it angered me off that I was sent two rxs. One from the day I had it pulled and was told they didn’t send anything and then the second request. On top I keep getting billed for 12.80 which I was told was a credit from the first tooth pulled on the 10th and would be put on my account for the 15th. Avon has been nice about and says I don’t owe however I keep getting a bill.

The prices are to high and make you wait forever.1 dentist in whole office it was the worst experience I have ever had

I have VERY dense thick bones/teeth. I needed a tooth removed. It was half gone after I shattered eating garlic bread. I was afraid there would be nothing to grab onto since most of the exposed tooth was gone. He walked in, gave a topical numbing agent, followed by a shot of fast acting novacaine/nerve blocker, then s long lasting shot of novacaine. There was no discomfort not even from the first shoot. He struggled a little to get the tooth out because it did not want to break, however with a little creativity and strength, but he had it out in no time with no discomfort.

The receptionist was the only person that made any effort to ensure a good experience. However, the doctor and assistant were only in once, no exam, no updates no explanation. The receptionist handled all communication even once I was placed in an exam room. Unacceptable, but praise her efforts. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
