This review is based on my overall experience. I walked in after work with excruciating pain on my right side. Did not know if it was the top or bottom. Lady took one X-ray picture of the bottom and the doctor came in. Told me he didn’t see anything but it could be my fill-in I had for awhile deteriorating. Wanted to charge me 30 to 40% percent more cause I was out of network for the uncertainty. I decided to wait and try to get in with my personal dentist. It turns out the pain was from my wisdom tooth at the very top, I had to have it removed the same day. I’m so glad I waited and I almost paid an substantial amount for work I didn’t need.

Well the doctor that pulled my tooth was very rude I went back in a second day because I had bone fragment coming out of my mouth which has never happened and he sent me home so I went back the other day and got me a different doctor and he actually took the bone out. I would not recommend dr. Sam

I chose this practice because my primary dentist was closed for the day. When I arrived to my appointment I was greeted by a friendly smiling face from Aurora who checked me in and explained everything. The doctor had an emergency that day, so my 9:00 appointment was pushed back. I decided to wait for the doctor to arrive, which he did by 10:30. I was so thankful for he opportunity to be seen the same day. However, that quickly changed when I felt like the doctor and the technicians did not work well together. The doctor made it extremely clear that he did not understand the way the office was ran, asked why people were standing around, and kept questioning every move that the technician made. The doctor himself was kind to me, but that is where it seemed to end. I have had bad experience with the dentist before, and this just added to my stress. The tooth was very hard to remove, I was surgically cut in a spot that was not the tooth that was being extracted, and even though I was visibly shaking, there was no effort to make me more comfortable. Then when it was time to write my prescriptions, it took well over thirty minutes because the doctor did not know how to work the system. Unfortunately, even though the staff was incredible, I will never return to the office.

I had made a appointment and still had to wait for a very long time. Once I was called back to see a dentist when he came in the room he did not greet me at all. He literally walked in a said open your mouth and looked and walked out. And I did not see him after. He left the secretary to come in and explain to me what happened. I had so many questions to ask the Dr he refused to come in and discuss what was wrong with me.

They take a lot money just for your teeth's picture, almost 300$. no anything else. before you enter you pay. even they will not do anything. this is not like others. I didn't get anything new i did not know, they only repeated what i told them on phone before i come. Then charge me a lot. one Star is for picture you took for my teeth.

I had to wait over 3 and half hours for them to pull out my wisdom which only took about 10mins after they numbed me up. I was the first one there got checked in and everything took an xray then just waited and waited. it was unacceptable there was only one dentist going around she worked on others and not in order. not much communication about how long I would have to wait it was horrible and I was in alot of pain while i waited for a 10min procedure.

I feel like they just want to extract any tooth that's giving you trouble so they can rack up the expense. They give you the bare minimum of instructions and while most of the staff is very nice, this is a business to make money and nothing else. If you have an emergency and cannot get into a regular dentist then these places are the way to go but open up that pocketbook!! Find a regular dentist, ask them if they handle emergencies during off hours and go that route!

8 pm needed broken moler removed. 8:30 pm x rays done told about price for impacted wisdom and broken removal. 9:15 pm the novacaine and numb. All was ok until extraction. I felt like both teeth were ripped out of my mouth because they got busy. 2 stitches and shoved out the door. Pain meds and antibiotics where electronically sent. Wasn’t able to pick them up until the next day. It took 3 hrs for CVS to receive them. The pain had set in and was a ruff night napping.
