I've had a hard time trusting 24 hour dental due to some very long waits in the past, a set of immediate dentures that were not only the ugliest things i had ever seen but absolutely did not fit in my mouth, a previously employed dentist who told me to put my new dentures in a drawer and learn to eat without them because they never fit right, finally getting a new pair that actually fit better but then finding out that they were trying to charge my insurance for the second pair that they OWED ME for the ruined first set, and a lot of confusion during that whole process. Now i'm 5 months out from getting my better fitting dentures and have learned to use a lot of glue and patience and only go to them if i'm getting a sore spot but the truth of whether or not they are decent people will come when this set needs a soft liner or permanent hard reline and whether they try and charge my insurance for those things since i was told those were part of the permanent pair i was finally fitted for and have been wearing for 5 months. They are great at taking painful teeth out. My husband has even used them for that recently and we have no complaints about extractions. The denture side of it remains to be seen how these final months of gum shrinkage effect how they treat me as a patient and whether or not they stand behind their product.

The largest part of my service was preformed by a person trying out for the dental assistant job. She was caring and very conscientious. However, it took an extremely long time to complete my visit and the actual dentist did very little work on my mouth. I ended up having a cavity filled. I had to return the next night to have the bite adjusted. They did not charge me for the return visit. The best part is just that they are open 24 hours a day.

Always quick to get me in. Always professional.

Do not seem friendly and when had procedure wife asked for update and they acted like inconvenience for them. The fee of 20.00 could not be explained

I had a bad tooth.and with in 15 minutes.i had an exray.and dr.looked and had the tooth out.and stiches up. Then I was out of the building. They were so nice.

I came in already terrified that I had to have shots and was in a fair amount of pain as it was when the nurse told me that I would not be allowed to have my husband even in the room with me. That of course panicked me horribly. The doctors noticed how terrified I was and informed me that my husband could, in fact, be with me. The nurse seemed upset about this information and turned very cold to me when she came in to bring the “sedative” pills. Once I was given them I was told to sit in a pitch black room for nearly an hour. BY MYSELF! Supposedly to relax. There was none of that happening. Absolutely zero effect from the pills. When they finally returned I told them I had no feeling. They blamed it on the fact that I had my phone playing a show that I repeatedly told them I listen to to fall asleep. Again without bringing in my husband they throw q-tips laced with topical in my mouth and with a massive meaty paw of his the doctor pulled my head back and began shooting me with the Novacaine before the topical even worked! I am physically tense, not breathing well...and he is growling at me to relax. I’m unaware of how many VERY painful shots I received but I would be willing to be it is in the category of seven or eight. All of which I felt very painfully. I desperately try to inform the doctor and the chilly nurse that I am indeed still feeling everything plus my original pain. He proceeds to get upset saying that if I don’t breath and if I don’t let the death grip I have on his chair, of which I’m climbing to try and get away from him, go...he will simply stop the procedure and I will be left as I am. From the time they entered the room again from when I was suppose to be relaxing to the time I had my tooth removed MIGHT have been 15 mins. Maybe. My husband was watching. The doctor cuts my gum open (which I had come in for a tooth to be pulled and it was mostly whole and still very solid) and yanks my tooth, which has me scream in horrible pain and where I am told I was his worst patient he has had in some years and walks out of the room entirely. My husband walks up a few seconds later and looks at me and I can tell from his face he wants to start swinging. He gathers me, I hear him having a tense conversation with the nurse about how to take care of me after all this before hearing her say “You might want to have her go to the therapist for her issues”. My husband and I take off for the nearest Walmart to get the scripts filled and I am sobbing the whole time, drooling and miserable because from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I was in mind blowing pain and NEVER for even a second was I ever able to get out of it. Now as for me now...I healed well once I was able to get the FOUR stitches out of me head that refused to dissolve at all. But I will NEVER EVER, even if paid and begged, enter or even hint to a friend at they might even try a 24hour location. You could tell me you were going to give me my money back plus a thousand for the tramuma and I would tell you to eat it all. Never ever. Ever. And then some.
