Not saying this is everyone's experience, but I got scammed The tutor completely ignored my instructions and submitted work that was totally wrong. When I tried to discuss it, he stopped responding until I contacted customer service for a refund. Instead of fixing the issue, he asked me for more money to “do it properly” and refused to refund me. Customer service is extremely slow and unhelpful. When they do reply, it’s with generic responses like, “Did you try talking to the tutor?” After weeks of back-and-forth, they simply stopped responding altogether. The phone number they provide doesn’t work. When you call, you get an automated message, and no one ever answers. Now I'm 150 dollars short for nothing.

Honestly I feel like you can’t go wrong with the online tutoring. as simple as sending in a problem and having a session with an expert going through it step by step has been a game changer.
