Not saying this is everyone's experience, but I got scammed The tutor completely ignored my instructions and submitted work that was totally wrong. Instead of fixing the issue, he asked me for more money to “do it properly” and refused to refund me. Customer service is extremely slow and unhelpful. When they do reply, it’s with generic responses like, “Did you try talking to the tutor?” After weeks of back-and-forth, they simply stopped responding altogether. The phone number they provide doesn’t work. When you call, you get an automated message, and no one ever answers. Now I'm 150 dollars short for nothing.
