247TVStreamReviews of 247tvstream.com

My dad is 93 years old and lives in Florida but is an avid NY Giants and Yankees fan. He was going to leave the house and put himself at risk for COVID just to watch the games. With 247tvstream he is able to watch those games in his own home while staying safe. We initially had trouble logging in but with the excellent help of Jhon Kabir on chat we were able to get set up within a few minutes. Thank you Jhon, for all your help! To whom it may concern: Please give Jhon a raise! :0)

Customer service always responds and tries to be helpful. Some games struggle but I also live in a rural area so we have issues with many sites.

I only left 1 star because I had to to explain what a hoax this company is. I purchased their service on 12/5/2020 and requested a refund the same day as it would not stream on my TV as they claimed. They have agreed to a refund but claim now they can't process because their "Pay Pal account is limited" Claim they won't deny the dispute on my Credit Card but were unable to refund my full purchase price when they agreed to via email. They have continued to lie to me. Their virtual chat is extremely poor. I am not sure what country they are from as their grasp of the English language is incredibly poor. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of 247tvstream!!

I’d leave zero stars if I could. Terrible service. Never could get it to work. Now they are refusing to issue me a refund. Go elsewhere!!

Horrible customer service, would not recommend. I accidently signed up and paid for this and now I have sent 2 emails and spoke to 2 people about getting a refund with no luck. There is no number to call, they are for scammers.

I subscribed to this site to watch EPL games. I have been able to watch only 2 games without issues. Most of them freeze or just stop working. I have no issues with any other site accept this one, the customer service is appauling/non existent and when I asked for a refund, they said I'm not entitled to one. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The site is broken.

Can't get on at all. Chat help is no help at all. Just awful experience, and as I speak am 1 hour and 10 minutes into the game I can't SEE.

I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews, but save your money, and buy a better service! I bought this live stream for my husband to watch Sunday football. We ended up not watching any of the games, because the stream freezes, it’s glitchy, and it’s low quality. I reached out to the support team the SAME day I bought the service requesting a refund. The website says they provide refunds if it’s within 24 hours of purchase. It’s been 7 days, and customer support has not issued a refund. Instead, they keep telling me to download the iPhone app after I’ve repeatedly said I don’t want the iPhone app, because why would I want to watch football off my tiny iPhone screen? If I wanted to watch football off my iPhone, I’d use Yahoo sports for FREE. Awful stream and awful service!
