Tried to cancel but refused because of not good reason. Well they don’t provide the subtitle or closed caption as we are deaf and need closed caption. They said sorry missing the festure but still refused to do refund. Disappointed. The ad said if not satisfied, they would do refund but they lied.

Hello dear EB, We definitely value your comments with pleasure. But before you publish your comment, you should have seen the reviews of our other customers. We are always determined to give our best. Actually, it comes from the channel feed. It's not in our hands. NFL channels have not provided the caption recently. We are always determined to give our best. You can talk to an expert support team for further help or any help with our service. These people are crooks. Whatever you do, stay away from them. They will refuse to let you cancel. They are very, very, bad people.

I tried to cancel during the first 7 days as their policy is to give you a refund if the service delivered was not as advertised, I tried to stream the Dallas Cowboy game on Sunday, and the screen was freezing during the whole game! I even chatted with Simon who said I would get a refund and to email Billing which I have repeated many times but still no refund!!
