Had a little difficulty setting up the initial application, but used the live chat and Jack was able to step me through the process and had me on-line quickly. Looking forward to watching the NFL games live.

Comes in handy when my TV antenna is not able to pick up my local ABC channel. I've used this company for a few years and plan to continue. Customer service seems to be helpful with no issues.

Fantastic Live Chat. Answered my question and pointed me to the right channel as well. Not the first time I have used the Live Chat. And I'm sure it won't be the last.

Tom Stuart was very, very patient with me. I have been up many hours working and came home and bought the yearly programming's and was trying to set up and figure things out. Tom just kept patiently plugging away with me step by step in some situations while I was trying to get the set up done. Finally got there, all my fault, I am not really a computer person on top of being tired. Thanks Tom.
