I was having issues renewing my subscription and a fellow by the name of Jack took the time to help me. I appreciate Jack and his patience tonight. Technology and I don't always get along. Jack helped me navigate through the renewal process when I ran into trouble. We need more people like Jack! Again Thank You😊

Stick with it - It's Great!
It's a bit of a fiddle to get all the details in on the Samsung TV but once you are in, it's golden! The online chat support is some of the best I've used & Tom was excellent!!!

A bit of a struggle to get installed and signed in, but now we are golden
Based on the two minutes that we have had this service it looks great. We struggled quite a bit trying to get the app and sign in on our tv, but now that we are in it looks golden. So many channels and my husband can watch his National Finals Rodeo in real-time. So far we are happy.
