My credit card changed and my subscription could not be paid. I contacted Gary who rectified the situation easily by sending me a separate invoice where I could enter the new credit card details and pay the same as previous years. I have been using edigitalplace/247TV stream for 7 years now and it is a great service to get overseas channels for watching many sports - primarily rugby and tennis.

does this service ever work? I signed to watch the rodeo world championship back in Mid December, needless to say I have made it through four days, it always locks up or doesn't load, big waste of money definitely will not renew, what a piece of crap. If worked for you, congrats. Really surprised be some of the glowing reviews.

Excellent customer service by Jack. I wanted to add a second connection and have it activated right away. Jack sent me an invoice in our conversation and gave me a link to click and pay it. I paid it and he then manually added my second connection and we started using right then.

I do NOT recommend their service due to Security concerns. On Sunday I received a text message from them regarding a 70% off offer. They listed my Password in the Text message!! This is a major security breach! Our passwords are supposed to be encrypted so NO ONE can see it. Hackers can grab passwords from text messages with ease. AND when I log-in they are presenting it to me again unencrypted. This is a major problem and demonstrates how I immature your security protocols are. They are clearly not spending the money you need on security software. I have contacted the company multiple times with NO response.
