Fast, Efficient and effective service
Mr. Oliver Stone helped me get the system working on my new mobile phone. I could not have done this alone. He gave clear instructions and in spite of my being 75 and practically senile, I got the job done. Good service, no waiting, no call backs, no computer answering system. Thank you.

Abysmal
Abysmal! Once my subscription is done so am I! Consistently WAY BEHIND on live stream, consistently freezes up (no it’s not my internet speed). Save your money!

Hello Ian Brocklehurst, We definitely value your comments with pleasure. But before you publish your comment, you should have seen the reviews of our other customers. We are always determined to give our best. Actually, it happens due to slow internet speed or when the net speed fluctuates a lot. So the video keeps stopping or buffering...Also, even if you have the VPN app running on your device, it will freeze. Refused refund after streaming service…
Refused refund after streaming service would not work on several devices. Emailed customer service within 2 hours of purchase and they refused refund.

I have used and do not recommended this…
I have used and recommended this service to others for years. Recently it's become so unreliable I reached out to customer service for help and they did nothing to resolve the issue. They ended the chat when I asked for a refund. I have tried to contact them multiple times. I would not take your chances with this service; the customer service chat is terrible and the streams are unreliable.

I wasted my money on this company
I wasted my money on this company. I missed the Pac-12 Championship game due to constant buffering and today I received a Network error trying to watch the Fiesta Bowl. I switched to the Sports Channel in Spanish, which I don't understand, and got to see 5 seconds of the first quarter and 3 seconds of the second quarter--after all the buffering I gave up. :o(

Excellent Support From Mike
MIke was persistent and professional in carefully listening to my description of the issue. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting a difficult problem that was rooted in the old age of my Panasonic TV. Mike was patient as i attempted ways to address the problem. And one of them eventually worked. Thank you 247stream for MIke's support!!

I'm new to streaming. Had my doubts. All the folks at 247TVSteaming stayed with me as I tried it. I could not be happier! Signing up for 247 turned out to be a great idea. I will be a customer for a long time!
