Mike was very helpful and was very tolerable with all my questions with installing a second connection. He didn't seem to mind my ignorance on trying to get it installed. I really appreciate him and your service.

Cannot install on Roku. Emailed for help and was sent six pages of highly technical instructions. Told them I could not follow the extremely technical processes and was told to hire a technician to install it for me. Just wasted $90. Rip off.
