The user help and the person named JACK deserves a raise. He determined the problem quickly. However the instructions on the Smart TV use and seriously lacking. Any intelligent person that reads and follows the instructions will find the information lacking. You ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE any symbols in the PW or it wont work. WHY DONT YOU ADD this fact to your instructions immediately. Please use this important feedback

I tried everything they asked me to and they would not refund my money within the 7 day period they must be hard up for funds or they are taking a lot of people's money I would avoid dealing with them I give them less if they had a spot for o stars that's what I would give them very bad customer service.

Marty was quick and answered my question with no delay. I will now follow his advice and save my offer from you until my normal subscription ends -. and then use it at renewal time. If that goes well - You will get an other 5 STAR rating

This is a scam. Avoid!
Response from 247TVStreamSep 27, 2024
Hello Frank Sharp, SCAM? Do you know what the meaning of scam is? I don't think so. If so, you should read other's reviews before you say this. I don't think you have an account with us. Its a fake review.
