Thank you for your great review, Amanda! We appreciate your feedback and wanted to offer a little insight. We apologize for the temporary service disruption and website availability you experienced. We hope you were not too inconvenienced as our web developer performed necessary website maintenance and upgrades. The 24-hour delivery time of the certificate of completion falls in line with our mandated course completion reporting to the DMV—we are required to report the student passing the final exam and completing the course within 24 hours of the student successfully passing the final exam. We do not issue certificates until that mandatory reporting has occurred. Often times we complete the course completion transmission and issuance of the certificate of completion shortly after the student passing the exam.

Thank you for your great review! We appreciate your feedback on the module review quiz questions. All materials presented in the course meet and, in many instances, exceed required curriculum guidelines set forth by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. All of the course materials have been vetted by the Department of Motor Vehicles, including the testing questions. We are glad to hear, however, that you did not have any issues with the final exam.

Thank you for your great review, Daniel! We greatly appreciate your feedback and are delighted to hear that you have gotten something out of the course. All of the content covered in training modules you completed is required by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles for students taking a driver improvement course. You are absolutely correct that it is a ton of information, and it can be challenging to achieve a minimum passing score of 80% on the final exam. We believe we deliver the state's best and most comprehensive curriculum that prepares our students for the final exam and the roads that await them upon course completion. We are proud of our students that complete our program.

Thank you for your great review and sharing your thoughts, Timothy! We appreciate your feedback and wanted to offer an explanation. The review quizzes are structured to help prepare the student for the final exam. The review quiz questions are designed to be as all-encompassing as possible, but they merely represent a sample size of the information provided in the materials for the corresponding training modules. Conversely, the questions found on the final exam cover all training materials, but they may not be directly referenced in the module review quizzes. Feel free to reach out to us with any other questions or concerns, or if there is anything else we can do to remedy your experience. Sincerely, The 247drive Team
