Great to be able to choose how long i wanted for the class instead of having to sit in a class for 8 hours.

Apparently the night that I completed the course, there was system maintenance done and although I had completed the 8 hours, my timer got moved back to 5 hours. Thank goodness I had taken a screen capture of this because they gave me my hours back after calling their help desk. During the exam, the website also froze up but I was able to retake without any issues. I will say that while these were annoying, they were still the cheapest option out there by far so I’ll take it!

Thank you for your great review, Lilla! We apologize for the technical hiccups you encountered—we were upgrading our server and were promised no interruptions by the provider. Glad to hear though that everything else worked out well!

I went through the modules easily but had difficulty with exam and had to start over several times. At one point I got to#42 and it started me over at number 3! Aside from that, I have been driving for 50 years and still learned a lot! Thank you!

Thank you for your great review, Dorothy! We are delighted to hear you took away a few good pointers from the course and are sorry to hear you encountered some technical difficulties during the final exam. We have contacted our web developer to look into the matter.

The course was helpful and relevant, and I felt like I learned quite a bit from it that will make me a better driver. My one complaint is the 8-hour time requirement for the course - it took me around 6 hours to complete, and for the final 2 I just had to wait around with the browser open so it would record my time. Not sure if there's anything you guys can do to change that, but I just thought I'd let you know.

Thank you for your great review, Townes! We appreciate your feedback and wanted to give a little insight into the the rules by which we must abide. Virginia DMV regulations require that a student attending an online (and in-person) driver improvement course complete a minimum of 8 hours in the course before the required final exam can be attempted. We recognize that our students learn at different paces. Even though you completed all of the required training modules, you had to spend additional time to meet the minimum 8-hour in-course requirement.

I thought the course was generally good. However, I noticed a few errors in your course work and practice quizzes. One that comes to mind is the number of people helped by organ donors, the correct quiz answer was 85 when it should have beed 75, 75 was not an option. I should have written them down but they tended to be in the latter chapters. The course needs to be spelled checked and checked for accuracy and clarity. Some of the questions were misleading and could have several correct answers in my opinion. More videos might be helpful and leave a more lasting impression. The video of the girl injured while texting and driving will remain with me forever as will the 3 police officers explaining what to do if you are pulled over. But overall, all of the important material was reviewed and it refreshed my memory of many safe driving techniques. Thank you !

this was pretty easy to set up and take, some of the questions were typos and or worded funny so they were confusing. otherwise it was a simple process and not too expensive. much better than attending a class in person if you can learn on your own.
