The courses were really simple but informative nevertheless. I had an easy time navigating the site and would recommend this to anyone looking for an easy way to do their driver improvement clinic!

This class was easy to take and allowed me not to miss any days from work. I was able to complete this class within a couple hours which made this whole process easier. The course contained a lot of useful information as well. The only con was that some of the questions were confusing based of the context of them. However, i would recommend taking this course if driving school has been court ordered

Content is pretty good. It has been a long time since I looked at driving. and a number of things have changed. Some of the quiz questions and answers are opinionated i.e. passing clearance distance required 2 ft. vs desired 3 ft.

The program was easy to navigate and the modules were very helpful. The downside was all of the ads and redirects while trying to sign on.

There could be engaging pictures or images. Just reading for eight hours is boring.

Thank you for your great review, Cheryl! We greatly appreciate your feedback and wanted to share a little insight into the background of the course. The Virginia DMV must approve all materials presented in the course, so we have carefully chosen all information (including pictures/images) to be presented in the course of study so that they will fall within recommended guidelines. 247drive

The website was easy to use, functionality was great and content seemed sufficient. The pricing seemed fair however it took me HALF of the 8 hour time required to get through all of the content, reading everything and not skimming. Therefore I had 4 hours of time to just click around and the 15-day subscription lapsed before I could complete that time. That was very annoying. Not sure who mandates the 8 hours but there is not enough content to spend 8 hours reviewing. Customer service was prompt and helpful when I contacted them.

Thank you for your great review, Jennifer! We greatly appreciate your feedback and wanted to share a little insight into the rules by which we must abide. Virginia DMV regulations require that a student attending an online (and in-person) driver improvement course complete a minimum of 8 hours in the course before the required final exam can be attempted. All materials presented in the course have been reviewed and vetted by the Virginia DMV, and the course length is calculated to take the average reader about 8 hours to complete. We recognize that our students learn at different paces. Even though you completed all of the required training modules, you had to spend additional time to complete the minimum 8-hour in-course requirement. And, of course, we greatly appreciate your kind words about our customer service. We pride ourselves on exceeding your expectations and providing helpful service to our clients. 247drive

Reading material at my own pace was much better than having to watch videos at a pre-determined rate. Some of the multiple choice questions were terrible - in cases, they sought to test trivial data in lieu of the skill/knowledge or provided questionable choices of which there wasn't a clear best answer (vs some were painfully obvious as to not even be worthy of being on a test/exam).

The Customer Service at 247 Drive is OUTSTANDING. I needed to call several times, and the person I spoke with EACH TIME was not only pleasant, but went out of their way to be sure I had the information I needed and that I understood. Also, the price for this course is very reasonable. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that in reading the information before beginning the course, I was under the false impression that this COULD be completed in 8 hours. The literature says that you NEED to take at least 8 hours to complete the course to get credit, giving the impression it could take a lot less than that. As a preface, I have been driving for over 40 years... There are 22 “Modules” to the course with a quiz after each one, and then a final exam at the end. It took me 16 HOURS to complete the 22 modules as an experienced driver. It felt BRUTAL. Maybe the literature could just explain in a bit more detail what the course entails, with an “average time” to complete each Module after asking those who took it how long it took to do the entire course. But overall it is very good, with more information than you ever THOUGHT you would need.☺️

Thank you for your great review, J.! We greatly appreciate your feedback and wanted to share a little insight into the the rules by which we must abide. Virginia DMV regulations require that a student attending an online (and in-person) driver improvement course complete a minimum of 8 hours in the course before the required final exam can be attempted. We recognize that our students learn at different paces. Even as an experienced driver such as yourself, going through this rather repetitive subject matter can be challenging. We timed the subject matter to be just over 8 hours, but some students finish sooner than that while others take more time.
