Outstanding!
First, I want to give a shout out to customer service. Professional, polite, patient, and answered all my questions. The 247drive site is very easy to navigate, and feed back regarding your certificate, and results back to DMV is quick. I will recommend others to this site because of the service I received from customer service!

Thank you for your awesome review, Kathy! Your description of your contact with our customer service representative is spot on, and we greatly appreciate the compliment. The creation and sending of the certificate of completion involves a human element. The certificate is now a standardized form authorized by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles and requires manual data entry before being emailed to the student. We certainly thank you for your patience and work hard to process the certificate as quickly as possible. 247drive

Well done 247drive!
Well done 247drive! Customer service was excellent - friendly, courteous with clear, direct answers to my questions and what to expect; made me feel my experience taking the course was important to you. That says it all. And as I said to the rep who handled my initial phone call, I chose 247drive because your web site was the most professional of all those recommended by VA DMV and you listed your pricing up front where none of the others did (I don't think) and even offered a discount. Well done 247drive!! Thank you. Michael Murphy

Thank you for your awesome review, Michael! We very much appreciate your lauding our customer service. We pride ourselves on providing helpful and timely service to our clients, and we value transparency. We want to ensure that you have all information before choosing your driver improvement clinic, that includes the price and expectations. We know you have your choice of online driver improvement clinics to choose from. Often a student will choose one company over another based on price. We believe we offer the best product at reasonable rates, and we are certainly glad you chose us and are showing us the love! We don't think you could pay us a better compliment! 247drive
