Thank you for your great review, Jill! We are happy to hear that the course was clearly laid out and easy to use. We also wanted to provide a little insight to the course materials. Virginia DMV regulations require all students enrolled in an online driver improvement course to complete a minimum of 8 hours in the course and to successfully pass a final exam in order receive credit for the driver improvement course. All materials presented in the course have been reviewed and vetted by the Virginia DMV, to include all questions in the module review quizzes and final exam. The course materials are designed to span over 8 hours. We recognize that students learn at different paces; we are glad you were able to fill the remaining and then pass the final exam. 247drive

Thank you for your review and sharing your thoughts, Sharon! We are sorry to hear you encountered some technical difficulties that caused you to have an underwhelming experience with our course. The course is designed to be multi-device friendly. You can take it on a computer, tablet, or in your case, a cell phone. We decided against the automatic enrollment in a next training module in favor of allowing the user to choose which module to take. You can skip around modules, meaning you are not required to move forward in sequential order. The email messages containing code definitely sound like technical glitches. We'd be happy to have our web developer look into the issue. We have support staff ready to assist students with any technical difficulties they may encounter while taking the course. We wish you would have reached out to us regarding the "coded" messages in lieu of a low score review. We do appreciate you revising your review and raising the score you gave us! 247drive

Thank you for your great review, Cheryl! We greatly appreciate you lauding our customer service team; it is our mission to exceed your expectations! And we're happy to hear that you picked up a pointer or two along the way. We know you have your choice of online driver improvement clinics to choose from. Often a student will choose one company over another based on price. We believe we offer the best product at reasonable rates, and we are certainly glad you chose us again and are showing us the love! We don't think you could pay us a better compliment! 247drive
