Our online driver improvement course meets and, in many instances, exceeds required curriculum guidelines set forth by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. The course is comprised mostly of reading materials, with a few videos interspersed to affirm knowledge already gained in the reading. This will be true for other online courses as well. We recognize that issues with the website and connectivity can and do arise, and some issues are beyond our control. Our course is competitively priced with other Virginia online driver improvement programs. We strive to provide transparency in our business practices and therefore clearly list all of our prices on the website, to include on the front page and in the frequently-asked-questions page, as well as on the test sites page that lists any applicable test site user fees. The prices you listed above are inaccurate. We hope you do not judge our company (or all of our vendors) based on this one experience. We strive to do one thing: create a learning and testing environment that exceeds your expectations and helps you learn our material effectively. We are sorry to hear you had an underwhelming experience taking the final exam; we do, however, appreciate your feedback and have reached out to the test site where you experienced difficulties with the final exam. Virginia DMV regulations require all students enrolled in an online driver improvement course to take a final exam in person at one of the clinic's pre-approved test sites. That said, we work hard to develop trusting relationships with our vendors that offer this test site service for us, and we realize that they represent our product as much as we do when you contact us with an issue. However, we also recognize that these vendors, in many instances, cannot offer this service free of charge, so a nominal fee to use their equipment is applied in some locations. We reached out to the test site in question and were advised that they have been experiencing intermittent internet service interruptions by their internet service provider, a problem beyond even their control. They have assured us that this issue is being addressed promptly. We hope you do not judge our company (or all of our vendors) based on this one experience.
