We also work very hard to exceed expectations when it comes to your interactions with our customer service! We know you have your choice of online driver improvement clinics. Venetta T.
I was able to complete this course at my own pace and time. It was very informational and I would recommend this to anyone looking to take an online course. However at the end of my completion I was instructed that my certificate would be emailed and I paid to have it mailed. I was able to email the company in reference to this issue just waiting to hear back.
Response from 247driveSep 23, 2021
Thank you for your awesome review, Venetta! We are glad to hear that you found the course to be informative and that the self-pacing worked for you. Confirmation emails are sent to all students that take and complete the course and successfully pass the final exam. The emails are templated as they are automatically generated by the website upon a student's passing of the final exam. All students that complete the course and pass the final exam will ALWAYS receive the certificate of completion via email. Any additional purchases made for mailed certificates of completion will be handled by our administrative staff when the course completion is communicated to the Virginia DMV and the certificate of completion is generated. 247drive
