Thank you for your review and sharing your thoughts, Heather! We want to share the process that we are required to follow. The Virginia DMV licenses all driver improvement clinics in Virginia (online and in-person), and they provide the clinics with the certificate of completion template and corresponding printing instructions. The student's certificate of completion, once generated by the clinic, contains coded information in the background; this is the reason why you need the detailed printing instructions. Your inability to print the certificate of completion caused you to contact us, and we were only able to provide limited assistance. We provided the option to purchase a mailed certificate as a stopgap measure. We share your frustration with the certificate of completion as we want to resolve issues when they are presented. It prompted us to reach out to the DMV to request assistance to furnish a simpler version of the certificate. We actually received instructions on how to furnish a simpler version that no longer required to follow the printing instructions. The simpler version is what you ultimately received. In fact, you were one of the first students to receive the simplified version of the certificate of completion. That said, we want to assure you that you were not intentionally being strung along and made to wait. You were the catalyst for bringing about the simpler certificate of completion that is now being sent to all students. 247drive

Thank you for your review and sharing your thoughts, Valerie! Virginia DMV regulations require a 24-hour waiting period between final exam test attempts. Unfortunately, this regulation cannot be altered by an individual driver improvement clinic.

Thank you for your review and sharing your thoughts, Charissa! Some of things you mention such old statistics take years to compile data and make extrapolations from it. We welcome your feedback on the mistakes you refer to--please contact us directly so we can make changes where appropriate. Virginia DMV regulations require all students enrolled in an online driver improvement course to complete a minimum of 8 hours in the course and to successfully pass a final exam in order receive credit for the driver improvement course. The time limits are set by law and cannot be changed by an individual driver improvement clinic.
