Thank you for your review and sharing your thoughts, Al! We are sorry to hear you had an underwhelming experience with our course. Our online driver improvement course meets and, in many instances, exceeds required curriculum guidelines set forth by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. All of the course materials have been vetted by the Department of Motor Vehicles, including the testing questions. Please contact us with any other questions or concerns, or if there is anything else we can do to remedy your experience. Sincerely, The 247drive Team

Thank you for your review, Sushil. We are sorry to hear you had an underwhelming experience with our course. The Terms & Conditions of our course clearly state that during your 60-day course access you can log in often as you would like and review the material as often as needed. All course materials (the course and final exam) meet or exceed state guidelines are approved by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. Furthermore, we offer unlimited final exam attempts until you successfully pass the test. While we understand you may be upset, the your review score inadequately reflects the substantive nature of your complaint: you failed to re-take the final exam until you successfully passed. Completion of the course material and successful passing of the final exam would have resulted in the course completion and would have likely helped you achieve your desired outcome. Please contact us with any other questions or concerns, or if there is anything else we can do to remedy your experience. Sincerely, The 247drive Team

Thank you for your review and sharing your thoughts, Fred! We are sorry to hear you had an underwhelming experience with our course. Virginia DMV regulations require all students enrolled in an online driver improvement course to complete a minimum of 8 hours in the course and to successfully pass a final exam in order receive credit for the driver improvement course. All students enrolled in an online driver improvement course must take a final exam in person at one of the clinic's pre-approved test sites. We have carefully vetted our vendors that serve as test sites, and all of them have been approved by the Virginia DMV. We recognize that these vendors, in many instances, cannot offer this service free of charge, so a nominal fee to use their equipment is applied in some locations. To address your concerns about a poorly built website and the issue that our test modules do not function properly, we would like to share with you that our site was built from the ground-up to provide exceptional student identity safety and a user-friendly interface. We recognize that service interruptions can happen; no system is immune from such issues. We hope you do not judge our company based on your experience. We strive to do one thing: create a learning and testing environment that exceeds your expectations and helps you learn our material effectively. Feel free to reach out to us with any other questions or concerns, or if there is anything else we can do to remedy your experience. Sincerely, The 247drive Team
