The ID they asked for was excessive in my opinion, photo of me holding my license? Actual bank statement showing transactions? So much more than anywhere else. It also took weeks to withdraw like £30. However, they did eventually process the withdrawal. I am guessing many people just give up rather than bother with the extreme amount of ID requests, but if you persist you will get your withdrawal.

Signed up deposited 50 pound won 100 next morning they closed my account and the email services are a joke they have robbed me the gambling commission needs to revoke there license how can this be aloud?
