I would give this site a rating of nothing. I've made a withdrawal and they keep failing, there support team cant tell me much. The accounts team just keep saying its failed. They are 100% scaming people they keep saying it's my banks fault but I have a email from them saying that they didnt process it and that's why it failed I keep asking for proof on the failed withdrawals and the bank transfer they said they made but don't reply back to me now they have locked my account

BEWARE !!! Didnt check the reviews on this before using the site, AVOID !! Problems withdrawing money, was waiting on £350 to hit my account, got a notification from my Apple Pay saying they attempted to take money from my account rather than pay me out. Disgusting, now they are asking for more details I.e bank details with iban n swift codes… SERIOUS SCAM RED FLAG RIGHT THERE 🚩 the person behind this website should be hung drawn n quartered infront of the public eye. I’m taking the hit as it’s only £350 but can see loads of other people have been scammed out thousands.

I can't stress enough not to use this gambling company. They also own the grand ivy casino which you should avoid as well. There are hundreds or sites out there which offer such a better service and they don't payout winnings. It takes weeks to receive your money due to "internal processes"

What ever you do. Do not use this bookie. I won £100 with them after depositing £40. They asked for verification to get my winnings withdrawn. After 2 weeks they sent me an email saying they can’t verify me and have permanently blocked me from the site and all of their partner sites. Avoid unless you want to be scammed.
