This host is the absolute best I researched for weeks trying to find one that was there to help, they literally explained in depth of what you need to do and how to do it with opening ports down to installing resources with examples. Very little time after purchasing I had everything even the framework installed knowing these guys are busy. There response time was super fast I feel like a 12 year old could set this up with there step by step installation process. Hands down super happy and glad I chose 1 of 1 servers so if your looking for vps or dedicated along with there other services this is your place thanks guys!.!

Im even disappointed in having to put 1 star, where to begin. My long time friend and dev needed some help with some projects when submitting a ticket asking for help they told him that everything is easy to do and when he asked for the help they ended up banning him from the discord for simply asking a question. Next on the list we would have constant outages and not just with us, other servers as well and instead of helping us they would shut down ticket support and all there chats. We would never be informed of any maintenance going on. We spend so much money to not even get the help that’s deserved. They make it out to be the customers fault when in reality it’s on there end and they are to lazy to check. We recently switched hosts because I cannot afford to have my city go down any longer. I would move on to someone far better than this pos company. I gotta say man you have entirely gone down hill and it’s very disappointing.

This customer initially sought our hosting services to mitigate DDoS attacks on his server. During his seven-month tenure with us, using our VPS servers, his server achieved an impressive 99.99% uptime. There were only two brief outages totaling 28 minutes, attributable to an issue with our ISP provider. Evidence of this can be seen here: https://imgur.com/a/anKrDSe The individual he refers to as a "friend and developer" lacks fundamental knowledge in the field, contrary to what one might expect from a developer. This person entered our Discord general chat, seeking specific support for the customer's account. As our policy restricts support to direct customers only, we asked him to refrain from such requests, especially in a public channel. When he persisted and began to spam the chat, questioning why his messages were being removed, we had no choice but to ban him from our Discord server, as he was not our direct client and thus not entitled to our support. Following this, the customer, who is the author of this review and not the individual we banned, urged his merely Discord of about 20-30 members to bombard us with negative reviews in retaliation for banning his "developer." Servers are OK but the support/owner is quite rude and un-helpful. All the evidence was presented that somewthing was wrong on the server side thats out of my controll but i was just given repeat commands and told that they do not provide support for my problem. No refunds possible Edit: After leaving this review my account was terminated and my £35 server shut down because i left a bad review, no refund. Owner pretended to be fixing things but in reality he was finding any reason possible to ban me or close the server. I expect a lacklustre reply from the owner basically calling me cluless and ignorant person like they have done with other negative reviews Edit 2: I had links to evidence on this post, 1 of 1 kept reporting this review so i had to take them down :) Anyway this review is verfied so you can see that trustpilot has seen all the evidence that i sent

The customer was persistently impolite during support interactions. We clarified that our support does not extend to applications running on their servers, as it is outside the scope of basic Windows usage support typically offered by providers. Despite our efforts to address and resolve his concerns during his review process, he submitted an altered review that was exceptionally disrespectful. Consequently, we chose to end our business dealings with this person.

I rent a small VPS so I can't say much about performance because you get what you pay for, and I just learn to develop and have not had more then a few friends connect. But the uptime and response time of my tickets have been superior. Affordable for any budget.
