18650 Battery StoreReviews of 18650batterystore.com

If there was a zero, I would have chosen it. After consulting with someone from 18650 Battery Store, I ordered batteries for my solar lights. After opening the box I realized the batteries do not fit my lights. I contacted the company for help and when we realized they are the wrong size they told me "Unfortunately, all sales are final, and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Because there are so many battery types and sizes, customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchasing." No customer service whatsoever! I will never order anything from this company again.

Scammer.. has to be?! Website looks extremely dodgy no details of where they’re located or anything about their business. I purchased a battery. I needed it urgently. It’s been three weeks and it’s nowhere to be seen. Thankfully, I paid on PayPal and got a refund. No response to any of my emails from the shop.

Paid them for batteries I haven't received. Tracking number isn't recognised. However, if I get a refund or the batteries, I'll change this review.

Horrible customer service. They sent the wrong batteries to me. When I contacted them, they said I had to pay for shipping back to them (3 times the battery cost, as was the shipping to me) and upon inspection of the returned batteries, I might get a refund. Do not buy batteries from 18650. They are a new standard in bad customer service.

I have orders from them several times. Every time has been a great experience. I signed up to receive emails for sales on vape batteries and I get some great deals. Deals I would never get close to if I walked in a vape shop. I had a question and emailed support and they responded within minutes. I highly recommend them.

Coming back again for another review. 18650 has been very good to me. I know I am getting a good price, quick shipping and great genuine product from them. They are in or near Atlanta Ga. and that makes it even better because I live in Phenix City, Alabama so the shipping is all that much faster. I have bought many a battery from them. Many different sizes and brands. I have not been let down yet. I am even leaving this review BEFORE I receive my latest purchase because I am that confident in them. Not paid for in any way this review. I just like the service. Jim H. Phenix City, Al.

I have been using this company for a few years now they are my go to for all my lithium needs!

Just putchased my third Epoch 460. These batteries are great. The Bluetooth monitoring is easy and convenient. Built in protection makes me feel safe. I've been running the first set for a year no problem. I get 8 hours of runtime on my fver AC with the pair.
