They are a nightmare to deal with on every level! I have had nothing but issues with their autoship. If your dog's dosage changes, you can call and change the autoship, but they continue to try and fill the old script, bothering the vet's office and sending me emails that the script was denied. I have had to call them multiple times because autoship orders can't be seen in my account online. At one point a script couldn't be fixed because their sales team was in a meeting all afternoon. This company is a joke.

Do not trust their shipping time lies. Per their website, orders after 3pm ship next day... 5 days later, my order has still not shipped. No updates from the Company, just passing the blame to the supplier. Customer service was useless and told me "you'll just have to go buy the food somewhere local." Well, obviously... but, if it was easily available "local," I'd have done that in the first place, not ordered through a website.

Being a veterinary professional for the past 14 years, I understand in animal health care medicine and food orders do take some time to arrive. However, I placed my first- and likely only- order through 1800petmeds on the 14th(which stated 3-6 business day delivery) on the 19th after reaching out through chat option the past two days I finally called to discuss my order over the phone. I was less than impressed with their customer service across the board. Chat individuals were not friendly, not receptive or helpful. I waited in a chat for over 5 minutes with no response/ ask for my patience etc. Each time I got the same answer, “it hasn’t shipped -well email you when it ships 3-6 business days” supposedly it’s going to be shipped today and I “should receive an email with the next 24 hours.” Safe to say I will NOT be using 1800petmeds again for my OTC food items, and would not recommend them to anyone!! I’ll stick with Chewy from now on, they always have my food at my door within 3 days of my order. Now I will need to go out and purchase another bag of food for my dog, because he’s going to run out before this order even ships- and who knows when it’s going to actually arrive, if at all. EDIT: it is now the 21st & it finally shipped… estimated delivery with UPS is the 24th that is 10 days after my order was placed. 2-3 day delivery that they claim is NOT accurate/ false advertisement.

PetMeds advertises 2-3 day delivery. When I reached out to find out the status of my order after 4 days I was told through chat that they typically ship 3-5 days after the order is placed. I copied and pasted the "Free shipping 2-3 day delivery" language from their site. They didn't even acknowledge it, simply stating that they will ask their vendor to try and expedite.

After paying to expedite medications for my sick dog, they did not deliver and showed the order only in progress. Twice I waited online for an hour. The third time I used the option for a call back and never received a call. The chat on the website doesn’t work. Then for 4 days they kept asking for information via emails which continued after I had given them the information requested. It all adds up to an absolute mess and total negligence. These folks don’t care about your pets and they even care less about you, the customer. Will NEVER use them again.

This business has no place to review them except to send an email to them or on their website bc they know how bad they are and then they can only place the good reviews online. This and one other place I have found the other place has them at a 1.4 and have detailed testimonies not fast fake fairy tale reviews like on here. They have been sued for numerous things including false advertising and infringement they have several complaints with the BBB it just gets worse the more I research after myself going through so much!... THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE, I LITERALLY have had at least one issue every time I have ordered from them. I have placed 1.5 orders with them and have had 6 issues!! I say 1.5 bc currently my order is on hold that I placed 3 days ago (25lb of dog food I needed ASAP) that said it would take 3-5 business days yet hasn't even been processed for 3 days and now there's an issue but I tried to call and was on hold for (48 minutes have the screenshot to prove it- why its an 800 number yet no reps are available for 48 almost an hour?!). Couldn't of been THAT much of an issue with the order being they didn't have an issue taking my money THAT day! Yet call me an leave a VM while at work and tell me there's an issue 3 days later and now I can't get ahold of anyone! This after just talking to an agent yesterday who said nothing about "an issue" when we spoke. In fact we were speaking bc I called to find out why my food hasn't shipped yesterday and she tells me then that their warehouse is in NY?! What?! why isn't that stated somewhere as I figured y'all send my meds from 2 hours away and that's where your based out of so didn't think it would even take this long to get the food to begin with. They tell me that its standard 3-5 days for freshness and then I ask to pay to ship it overnight but they cant do that, but JUST said the freshness comment and I STILL haven't gotten it and NOW there's a problem all the sudden after speaking to you yesterday asking why it was taking so long and 3 days after you took my money (not pending) and while there is no one to answer the phones there for an hour afr=ter they tell me this and to call back?! This is minor compared to what happened with my order of meds!!! That was a complete disaster and had to go to a supervisor for the 4 mess ups that happened just to get that settled. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!

They kept saying they didn’t receive the prescription from the vet despite the vet faxing it over 6 times. Huge waste of time for myself and for the vet office. They never answer the phone either. Ended up cancelling the order and going to Costco. I suggest you save time and skip this place.

What a nightmare! I ordered from Pet Meds. No problem at first. Tried to put my autoship on pause because of the weather changes. I received 3 more orders!!!! The company admitted to double charging me, and it shows 2 pending credits back on my credit card, but they won't release my money and give my money back. Don't ever use this company. You can't trust them with your money or information.
