PetMeds used to be great. Used them for years. The past year every order has been worse than the next. I’m currently still waiting for an order I placed on March 15th. Currently April 4th. Have called 5 times about. Different excuse every time. My faith is gone. Critical meds needed. I have had to go to my vet to get by while PetMeds has my $322 and can’t seem to do anything right.

They state it is 1-2 days to verify the prescription, this is not true. We are on day 4 and nothing has shipped out, zero progress. We will not use PetMeds again.

I ordered flea protection for two dogs. On the website it says 2-3 day delivery. Ordered on 3/23/25 tracking shows delivery on 3/31. Not even close to 2-3 days. Did a chat letting rep know I was unhappy with this service. I got nowhere with it. Took forever for responses and in the end I was told I could have a $10 account credit after I told him that would not use them again based on this order. Terrible resolution and terrible delivery practices. I will go back to chewy. Live and learn. Stick with what you know and has given you excellent results in the past.

I would go 0 stars if I could. They tried to rack up the bill on us by telling us we had to take our dogs in for ANOTHER physical to get flea medicine that's already prescribed and doesn't require anything like that anywhere else. Then when I tried to leave a review on the site there's no way to add a review. Wonder if the others are real?

Needed to purchase heartworm meds for my dog. Sent prescription by certified mail to verify receipt. When the order wasn't being filled called them only to be told they didn't have the prescription. They insisted it was never sent even though I provided proof they received it. Then they promised on several occasions that someone from their pharmacy was going to contact me. Nobody ever contacted me and nothing was done. Gigantic waste of time dealing with these clowns. Other options available. 3/20/25 Update: As expected, nobody called and nothing was done.

Shipping times are awful. The service has seriously deterioratied and the shipping times are terrible. Our dog has congestive heart failure and the meds are critical so we have consistently had to duplicate the orders locally since the shipping delays have been consistent. We recently saw that Costco offer pet medicines and are exprerience with Costco has always been good

Petmeds used to be great but recently I have had terrible service. This last time I placed an order 2/27. Still had not been shipped 3/10. Sent customer service an email and was told they had “just gotten the authorization from the vet that day”. When I contacted the Vet they stated authorization was sent 2/28. CS stated it would be shipped overnight When I checked the next day the meds were shipped USPS Ground and will not arrive until 3/15. When I contacted CS back they said to pick up some pills from the vet, fax them the receipt and they would reimburse me. That would be fine except I moved. The Vet who wrote the rx is in OK and I now live in MN. No vet here will sell me medication without an exam - which I totally understand but they do not have appointments till next week. Why can’t Petmeds just do their job properly???? My poor fur baby has not had pain meds for 5days because of them

I ordered my dogs liver medication from I had an amazing 14 year old still so full of life lab mix we rescued when we were stationed in Norfolk she became my service dog and an amazing second mom to my kids as she was there before all of them sadly diagnosed with cancer in her paw which was curable with amputation which I was willing to pay for I ordered her liver medication through pet meds and The location they send the meds out from out was 4 hours away from us yet it took them over a month to send me and was suppose to be delivered within 48 hours .. NOPE the medication after calling repeatedly to find out what was taking so long they claimed they couldn’t get ahold of my vet which I know is inaccurate because I went down there and called the 1800 pet meds with the vet assistant beside me and they didn’t even try to call her! My dogs cancer ended up spreading rapidly over that month waiting her levels went from 200 to 900 because she couldn’t get her medication safely we had to put her down. I do blame pet meds for her not being here today she may have been an older dog but she was still jumping up on our f150 swimming in the ocean running around with the kids she was not going down without a fight
