The lady I spoke to was very kind and helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. UPS had delivered my package to the wrong place, and I was just hoping you folks could help track down the package. Instead you sent me out a replacement bottle of medicine for my dog. Ordered for the first time and received a first-time buyers' discount on wet cat food. Overall, everything went as expected and we're happy. Received the shipment about a week later. The cans were shipped in a properly sized box and not banged up (like with Amazon, which is terrible). There was a small hickup as the correct tracking number in their email linked to the wrong carrier, saying they can't find the shipment. So I sent them an email pointing this out and received a friendly replay a day later stating it's been fixed for the future. Sounds good.

great customer services. I switched my dog's prescription from Chewy to PetMeds. Chewy cancelled my order without notify me. They couldn't obtain the prescription from my Clinic. I called 3 times to them and one time to my clinic. Chewy's system couldn't update the clinic information which I was surprised. It's just so pleasant to talk to PetMeds customer service representatives! Keep up the good work!
