A recent order I placed had unexpected setbacks. I called Customer Service and talked to a representative named Joe. Joe was excellent to work with. He was friendly yet professional and addressed any concerns calmly with practical steps. I appreciated his kindness and cool demeanor while addressing the issue.

I appreciated the options presented and caring shown by your team member.

I was frustrated with your company about not including the correct name on the shipping label and other issues Peggy solved my problem with kindness and professional attitude. I was thinking of closing down my account until Peggy helped me!

The agent, Precious, helped resolve a data change in my account to enable an AutoShip order. She was courteous, cheerful and professional.

Great customer service

Gwen was so helpful and so patient with me. I could not have gotten the changes to my account information and my order straightened out without her. Too bad you only allow 5 stars - I would have given her 10!

Profession and friendly
