Lisa McGrail is what turned my experiences from what could have been really bad to great. 1st time it took much longer to get our cats rx's in and approved, delaying shipment. I emailed her with the rxs again and the email I'd received saying it would be on its way shortly. My 1st order finally arrived, but unfortunately many of the cans were damaged and open, creating a mess. The outside of the box didn't show obvious damage. I sent Lusa an email with pictures and she sent us out a replacement. The replacement arrived and again had damaged and popped open cans. The shipping box was fine. Even the outside of the UR box they were packed in wasn't smashed or torn. I think they must have been damaged during manufacturing. Again I emailed Lisa with pictures. She returned my email quickly with more apologies and refunded what we originally paid and hoped we'll be back in the future. That is awesome customer service. Thank you Lisa McGrail!!

I had difficulty ordering through the website and made a mistake. I called 1800PetMeds and the customer service representative was very gracious to help me correct my error and make sure that I was getting the correct number of Rx for the correct pet. Thanks!

Tiffany was extremely helpful and resolved my need.

I had an issue with an order I received. I sent an email around 7 PM. Within 15 min I had a response back and the issue was resolved within 30 min. Ruth was the person I was speaking to. She added personality to her email she sent me saying give gentle hugs to my kiddos. Ruth was extremely pleasant to talk to and very good in her position. Thank You Ruth
