wow, petmeds helped with our Ellies medicines as she worsened with congestive heart failure. there wasn't anything i would do differently. thank you for helping when Ellie passed away by refunding her medication. It is expensive and it helps a lot and means even more.

Too long of a wait on the phone to edit my order and order the correct amount of Revolution for my 12lb. cat. I had researched the weight before ordering and it still ordered wrong. They got it right on the phone and good service.

I have an autoship prescription for my dog and for some reason I was charged expedited shipping.
