The first call I had got me nowhere. It was 29.35 minutes, and several of those minutes were on hold so I gave up. When I called back, however, Sanpaya was great! She apologized for the problems I had with the first call, and she took my new vet info and updated my order. Sanpaya is top notch!

I always use Cindy when I’m ordering from Pet Meds. I definitely started a relationship with her and she’s been great to me. If you’re out of a product she’ll notify me when it’s in. On the other hand, my last food order I received was in different packaging and the kibbles were all crunched up in a small box. My guess is you guys might’ve ran out of the shipping boxes

I had a sealed 6 pack of Nexguard that my dog couldn't continue with, due to an immune response. Pet meds was happy to let me return the meds and get a future credit. I am grateful as they were quite expensive.
