Summer was literally a breath of fresh air in how pleasant and professional she was. She 1st greeted me and waited for my response in a world where people ask but don’t really care the response. The she went the extra mile to make my order more efficient. Really enjoyed speaking with her.

Cindy did everything she could for me and was just personal and terrific! She bent over backwards for me as I had delivery issues to be solved. Can’t say enough about what a dedicated employee she is for Pet Meds

It is 7:43pm in Los Angeles and I am able to call 1800PetMeds (in Florida) and get someone to assist me with prescriptions for my three Italian Greyhounds. This is absolute great. In addition, the prices I am able to find are much better than those offered by the veteriarians I see for the last 15 YEARS. You would think they would consider this but no. I will continue to take everything to 1800PetMeds. Thank you for being there!

The young lady I spoke with regarding a crucial medication that was not shipped on schedule, was very "professional", listened to me, and apologised many times during our conversation. She is a valued employee. However, my serious concern remains with how Pet Meds managers reacted to what was conveyed to me as a auto-ship problem. The Pet Med managers totally mishandled this internal issue. I did not receive an email, or phone call to advise me of the issue that allegedly 'needed resolution'. After looking into it, I discovered the problem was on your end, and somehow you disassociated the credit card that you STILL have on file with this autoshipment. The new Veterinarian who bought my previous Vets' practice has been imploring me to buy all the prescriptions for our three dogs from her. After almost ten years with you, and enduring the fallout from this hapless managerial debacle, I may just do that.
