I order Apoquel 16mg, Sentinel & NexGard regularly or as-need from PETMEDS and break the Apoquel in half. Now our Pumpkin has a broken pelvis from slipping on the ice (4-deck steps) & the Vet has her off all meds for now. Keep any surface as clear as you can! Claws don’t matter! We have a doggie and kitty. Every time I order, I receive a ton of emails and useless coupons. I have unsubscribed to no avail. I will go elsewhere as First-time use coupons are as useless as the emails I receive immediately after purchasing an item from them. Requests to STOP go unanswered. Next time, I will go elsewhere! The delivery is good and they always include a doggie biscuit but, enough is enough! Following this review, I get yet another email from Petmeds! Unsubscribing does no good! Be warned!

in april i ordered vetmedin from them waited two weeks after not hearing from them I called the. Rep said they had not received my script. She did do some looking around their office and found, it got to the pharmacy asap. did get over nighted. Now mailed another script it has been 9 days since i mailed it called today the rep says they have not received it. Same story. I am running very low on this med. If need meds you better mail you script in a month ahead. I NOTED ON THE LETTER ATT: PHARMACY my vet does not ANY have in stock. Dont know what I will do if I run out. I wish I could talk to rep that handled my last order.
