I have been making purchases from PetMeds for years. It hasn't been perfect every time, but when there were issues they were addressed quickly and professionally; no harm done. Example: I didn't get my shipment when expected. They immediately sent out a new shipment and it seems like they overnighted it or at minimum, rushed the new shipment. I like this company.

1800petmeds is an amazing company, they answer the phone, they care and they help. Does not matter if I missed the date or my Vet messes up the order the will help, they will ship overnight, they will do above and beyond to get my fur baby the meds she needs. I cannot speak more highly of them. They say "they are here to help" and they really mean it. and that has not changed for more than 10 years.
