everything went well except that they only shipped 6 months worth of tick & flea defense instead of 12 months like I ordered :(

Customer representative was great. Since I spent almost $1,000 they gave me free over night delivery. Day 3 and I still haven’t received my delivery

They had a promo & I had applied it to my cart & it erased it before I clicked "checkout". They wouldn't honor after calling but after emailing support & then calling again .. it was fixed! Thanks email support team!

The representative from 1800PetMeds Cindy Cipolla was an absolute delight to deal with. I would have given 5 stars for the review if the shipper your company uses wasn't so horrible. USPS is the worst. My order showed up 3 days after the expected tracking date with the box crushed. The product inside was not effected.

The service representative was extremely helpful, so pleasant and make me feel like she really cared about my dog. She answered questions that I asked since my fur-baby is now diagnosed with another health issue. She really made the wait time forgettable.

My experience with your website was less than I would expect, as it was not clear and I was unable to access my cart through the dropdown, but once I called, your agent was very helpful to get my order placed and the issue resolved.

Does Amazon Accepts Their Invoice or Not?

I only get flea & tick meds, along with heartworm meds, from 1800PetMeds occasionally for my dog. I've shopped with this company for several years and I rarely have issues with them. When I do have issues, it's usually from my vet's side denying the prescription request because they haven't seen my dog for awhile. This has happened twice and I've never been charged for my order until it's vet-approved. I really like the fact that they will call my vet for me to confirm the prescription request because I have bad phone anxiety. Their prices are also much better than the vet's office, along with some of their competitors. I always seem to find good coupons, which helps a lot too. So far, the only downside I have is that they leave stale dog biscuit treats in the box the prescriptions arrive in. Besides that, my experience has been pretty good with them. I will update this review in the future, if needed.
