The customer service representative, Summer, was extremely friendly and proactive, going way beyond what we expected. She personally contacted our vet multiple times and saved us a lot of paperwork headaches. She made our PetMeds experience memorable for the right reasons.

My call to pet meds was quick and concise. The issue was resolved within minutes. The person I spoke to was polite and answered my question. I was extremely pleased with his knowledge of the issue and how quickly it was resolved. I highly recommend pet meds to anyone who has and loves their pets as much as I do.
