Leila was very pleasant, helpful and attentive! She was easy to understand, not talking too fast, or too quietly. I have been a long- time customer, because of the personal service, confidence in the products sold, and the savings. Thank You! L.G.

The service was pleasant

Well, the vet that I use was going to charge me an arm and a leg just for my dogs allergy treatment. I called PetMed and they reduced the charge substantially and expedited shipment to me. I am very happy with the customer service at PedMeds/

Robert was wonderful and satisfactorily resolved all of my issues. His customer service skills were admirable, and he is the main reason I will continue to be a 1-800 Pet Meds customer. The wait time on the telephone was inexcusable. After being told that my wait time would be over 10 minutes, I had to listen to 25 minutes or "we will be with you in just a moment." The incessant Pet Meds "infomercials" covering food, telehealth, subscriptions, along with the vocal "your wait time is over 10 minutes," not to mention the nudges to go online (while being told that it may take days to hear back from Pet Meds in response to an online query) made that 25 minutes seem like hours.

The woman i spoke with went above and beyond. She was very attentive to my issue and handled it WAY better than I expected. She deserves praise.

Your representative was very nice and knowledgeable. She was a terrific help to me! I enjoyed speaking with her very much.

Steve your customer service representative listened to my Sammy’s health issues and helped me with my order. He was kind, compassionate and helpful.

Great customer service. He was very helpful and even lowered my cost
