I spoke to Steve when I called to place my order this morning. I did not realize I inadvertently cancelled one of my auto ship orders. Steve helped me with my auto ship order and let me know the order would ship today. He was very professional and kind. Excellent customer service.

I am the proud pet parent of two beautiful little dogs, that i have had do years, only recently one was diagnosed w a heart murmur & the other w diabetes. I am a retired senior citizen & all of this is a shock & a financial concern. Although my dog's medication was temporarily not available in our regular pharmacy I called Pet Meds and they honored the lower Price.

Steve was a delight to work with. Worked with me to get the best deal and the products I wanted.

The person on the phone that took my order did a great job. He made some suggestions that reminded me of things to buy for Jack. Other than the heart worms preventative, I added a multivitamin, something for allergy relief, and one supplement for his joints. He was very kind & patient with me. He had to delete & add new information because I had moved, and also removed old payment methods and add new ones. He really did a great job on upselling. Very happy to have things for Jack that will make life more pleasant and keep him healthy!
