On 12/23 I placed an order for my dogs regular flea and tick. That order was neither shipped nor delivered in the promised time. Second order, did not get shipped nor delivered in the promised time. Had to literally call for two days in a row just to get them to approve my already approved order. So they offer credits on my account. Cool, I’ll order some stuff for my dogs and then never call them again. So I ordered some treats, dog bed, etc. the dog bed was heated for the winter. Well, but shocker it came broken. I called in on the 5th to let them know the heating element was busted. They inform me they are sending out a replacement and just trash the one I have. Cool. So I wait, wait. Today January 12th I call in to get tracking for my order and speak with the lovely Jessica. It takes us about 15 minutes for her to even pull up the correct order. Once we find the order we find out a replacement was never sent. Shocker again from this company. I’m done, I don’t want a replacement or anything else to do with this company. There are so many places to buy pet meds, I recommend finding them and staying far away from this company.

TERRIBLE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I had to state my case for 65 minutes on the call for their error of sending me the incorrect item. I called their customer service yesterday afternoon around 2 pm PST, Wednesday, Nov 30th telling the service rep that PetMeds had shipped me the wrong Denamarin package twice in a row. I purchased the blister pack version (as shown on the PetMeds website) and not the bottle version. I wanted an exchange again and explained to her that the bottle version does not work for my dog's case because the bottle version has an expiration time of 4 weeks after opening the bottle. She checked with her manager and found out that PetMeds has only the bottle version. The packaging of Denamarin shown on the PetMeds website was incorrect. [Long story short] She told me to contact the manufacturer directly for my case instead of offering me any quick replacement or refund options. She made me feel like PetMeds' wrongdoing has become my problem. I ended the unpleasant experience with the service rep and requested that I speak with the manager directly. The manager wasn't helpful at the beginning either. The manager eventually decided to give me a full refund after I told her about my disappointment in them not valuing me as a loyal customer for 11+ years, pleading my case for 1 hour, and this was my first complaint. I have to ship the incorrect items back to them too. The whole experience was awful. PetMeds is only nice to you when you give them business, and they become unpleasant when you want them to correct their own errors.I hope my bad feedback won't get anyone fired. I only want to share this bad experience so that PetMeds can correct them moving forward...hopefully.

Just switched from 800-PetMeds to EntirelyPets. They had what I needed in stock and cheaper. I was with 800-PetMeds for 10 Years. When I contacted them to advise I was leaving they could care less.

@1800PetMeds is employing a bait 'n switch scam. Sent an email with an offer for 4 oz. Zymox, then absolutely refused to honor it. Have ordered this product many times for dog's chronic ear infections. Try to scam and waste my time? Never again. Reporting to FTC.

This is the worst company ever, their system is so buggy, they canceled my order 3 times in everytime i re-place the order it gets canceled that's of course after the manager confirms over phone that i can recreate a new account and re-place the order. they will keep you away from your money for a week plus banking timeframe to handle that cancelled pre-authorization. I'M ASKING YOU NOW, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND STAY AWAY.

They sent me an email to refill the flea meds for my 3 cats. The email showed the complete order correctly. I clicked the link in the email to "Refill Now". It took me to their website - instead of placing the 3 Selarid 6pk in my cart, it placed 2 Revolution 6 pk in my cart. The total price was similar and I didn't even realize at first they were trying to upsell and cheat me. When I went to the second page of the checkout, and it only wanted 2 cats names, I looked closer and found the rip-off attempt. I had to delete the order and do a manual entry for each cat of the correct item. Guess I'll start looking for an honest pet med site before my next order. If you order from them, triple check what you are ordering is correct and the quantity and price are also correct.

Ordered a refill of meds. They CHARGED my card, but never shipped it. No order, no address updates. My dog is tearing herself up without her needed allergy medicine being late. So I call them and they said 'you're lying. we have no order in the system.' and that it was probably fraud. Oh yeah, someone totally faked their exact price of my dogs refill [same as last order!], and, their company's name on my bank account. They refused to retract the payment and said 'that's your banks problem'. So they committed fraud. Congrats on making me a Chewy customer.

OMG what a brain dead company! One day a delivery company left a 1800petmedsbox in my yard. My dogs went out the doggie door and smelled candy (dog treat) in the box. They shredded it and ate months of made to be tasty meds along with the candy! One of my dogs almost died! Ive explained dozens of times to employees..and their Vet who agreed...that you dont ship candy with medicine! HELLOOOO. Many employees state "Do you know how angry customers would be if we didnt send the treat dog bone?" I ask "Do you know how angry theyll be when their dog gets sick or dies because you ship candy with medicine?" I then explain that THEY TRAINED PEOPLE TO EXPECT THE CANDY!!! Imagine if grandpas meds arrived with cotton candy and cracker jacks and your kids opened the box!!! I am then repeatedly told by myriad employees that they will mark it " NO BONE". Guess what? Half of the time it arrived with a candy bone anyway! I no longer get meds from a company that KNOWS the issue and CHOOSES to ship candy with meds, risking my Service Dog's life!!! No brainer! Disgusting!
