I believe I spoke with your representative Susie (sp) and I have to tell you that she is beyond wonderful. She went way above and beyond to help me out through three tricky parts of my order. She even went as far as to call me back an hour or two later to personally tell me that my order was shipped and will be arriving before my medication runs out. I wasn't expecting it for a week and I have it in two days is insanity and couldn't be more appreciated. I truly have to say that if customer service was like this everywhere, this part of life would be infinitely more tolerable.
