The ordering was super easy and the contacts arrived exactly when needed!

Delivery arrived on time but included something else I didn’t order aside from what I did. No explanation or invoice included. Assuming someone didn’t receive their order.

My order was filled and shipped to me within a week. I am amazed at how much money I saved. In the past I have always ordered my contacts from my eye doctors office and this actually cost me one-third of what I had been paying.

I don't fully understand the reasoning behind rebates. It seems unnecessary, would eliminate the need to kill trees, wouldn't require additional funds to purchase envelopes and stamps, do people even own printers these days(?), etc. I would imagine Rebate Card, as a 3rd party, is getting some cut/incentive, so why not just cut out the middle-man and eliminate the hassle of rebates for your customers altogether?

Order inexplicably sat for a week with no progress, then I had to pay for overnight shipping to receive my contacts anywhere close to the timeline initially mentioned. Online customer service was useless and the customer service via the phone was underwhelming too. Saved a few bucks on contacts but would not use this site again.

I have not received any contacts as of yet!!!

The prices are deceiving and only good if you are buying 8 boxes and getting the rebate. They should list the price based on the quantity you are ordering and tell you how to get the cheaper prices. Instead you get surprised at checkout. There needs to be more details on the product all the way through the order process; after the first page, I don't know if I am getting 30pk or 90pk. The Rx upload doesn't work which should be a priority for this company and not have it down for multiple days. Also, you have to dig through the website to find out you can email it.
