Not good. Said my contacts were IN STOCK and now after repeated delay emails, we are looking almost 4 weeks late.

Never use this site! They charge you close to double the cost of the product in "service fees". I tried to cancel my order a couple hours after placing to use a more reasonably priced site with much better shipping options and no ridiculously high fees and its been an absolute headache. Save yourself the trouble and go directly to 1800contacts instead of this garbage place!

Insane hidden fees that don't even show in the cart. The price on google showed $22/box and it ended up being more than $60 per box.

I spent $500 on contacts.I ordered them September 1st I have had no delivery updates. It's over two weeks later , I still don't have my order or any idea when I will receive my order. No communication, I have no idea when I am to receive my order.When I call instead of an order number , they want all my other information which i'm not willing to provide when a simple order number should be suffice. They treat you as though you're very ignorant.When you're just asking when you're to receive your delivery. The price is not much cheaper than buying from an eye doctor as that's where i'm seeing these comparisons. This corporation is laughable the way they treat their customers and any review on here.That is a five star is definitely not honest and definitely paid.

Following up on my previous review. Got my RMA for the wrong lenses after 3weeks of waiting. Reordered the lenses on 6-29-26 and had to pay extra for 2 day shipping. My expected delivery date is 7-13-26. Thats 2 WEEKS NOT 2 DAYS. Been without clear vision for weeks now. Totally disappointed. Will order from optometrist in the future. At least theyre accountable for their mess ups.

They were very helpful with helping me get my contacts order right away BUT they screwed up ALL of my information and put in random information instead. No idea what they were thinking because non of the information matched mine (found it out when a comepent worker was able to finally send the information to my correct email. The reason for the 2 stars is because they repeatedly keep sending my order receipt to some unknown email address dispite me asking them multiple times to send it to mine. I FINALLY got a competent agent on the phone the 4th time around and multiple emails of them losing my order or not responding. The support agent actually knew how to help me switch things around. I would never recommend this place. Most of the workers there are very incompetent with their jobs of getting customer information correct. Usually never have anything online go this bad but this was one of the first times it went this bad for me. I canceled my order due to not trusting that they will do it correctly knowing they horrificly messed up my basic contact information. I'd highly recommend going somewhere better.

Borderline scam where the advertised price is less half of the actual price. Tried to buy one box advertised for less than a $30 and it was $107. Out the door. I will never buy anything from them. Stay away from them and save your money and your mind.

NEVER again!!! Horrible customer service. Bait & switch pricing. And forget the rebate!! They make it literally impossible to get the rebate which I never did!! I had just moved & didn't have a printer which seems to be mandatory for their rebate. No phone to call for rebate ONLY emails, refused to mail, email or text me one. They insist on original paper receipts which you don't have if you ordered online & again, have no printer. So, I never got the rebate which was good for only 30 days. So, long story short, unhelpful, poor customer service, rebate only contact is email, no phone, bait & switch pricing. This company is OFF the list. Don't waste your money or time.
